Nah, it's the worst in the game.
Low speed and low mini turbo since it's a heavy kart. And as we all know the Barrel Train is the Best Kart and since this is essentially its opposite...
It beating heavy and such a big target makes it terrible to use, Bowser's Koopa King kart is legit better
