Yes, of course. First of all, I'm not saying it's bad, because the ripper clearly put effort into the model.
If you take a look at the arms, it's obvious the fire arms are attached to the shoulders, which is too high. The leg parts are also not attached the way it should be. In-game on the inner side of the feet you can see there's a opening and it looks grey, but in this model it's not at the right spot. So it feels like the ripper put all parts together but didn't pay attention to the details.

I'm not very good at creating/fixing models. Of course I can try, but it won't be rigged or anything.
