This is the first game to feature Dry Bones' current design if I'm not mistaken. He looks a bit rough here though, like they were still trying to finalize his design and get out all the kinks. Mario Party 7 finalized it pretty much.

@ExoDendrite: No, it's likely that Nintendo shared their new Dry Bones design with Namco while both games were in development.

I have a question; If DK's long-lasting Country redesign was done by Rareware and not Nintendo, then was Dry Bones' redesign for this game done by Namco?
