Another thing to mention: Despite the in-game flavor text stating that every day is Sunday on this calendar, one can see that the other days of the week are very much still there, though Sunday is highlighted in red.

Now I can see when it's Waluigi Time.
I believe that's supposed to be 2002, the year Mario Party 4 came out.
Edit: I checked the texture and yes, it's supposed to be 2002. It's much clearer when viewing the texture by itself.
