Yeah, probably a lot of that is just how his frog feet blend with his frog legs in this neutral lighting.

Well, this was the first game after they definitively got rid of the ugly Great Quest design, so there was some hiccups. You can see how big his legs are in-game in some cutscenes where he stands up, and it doesn't look too bad.

Yeah, but...none of his other anthro appearances had his arms way shorter and thinner than his freaking legs.
In fact, his legs weren't as exaggeratingly long on the boxart of this game, so just seeing this model feels very jarring.
