I recommend doing this for most of the other SMB models that have screwed up textures. I downloaded Bowser JR and Peach after Bowser and they both have the same problem and this solution helped for both of them. Also I also recommend the ping pong value to be at 1.00. That's the value that works for me.
@Th-The_Dog: You can fix those seams by playing with the scale on the "Ping Pong" nodes, a value of around 0.95 works well.

@Th-The_Dog If you go to the Shader Editor and change the image node from "Repeat" to "Mirror" the textures should look as they do in the preview. Alternatively, if your version of blender doesn't have mirror, you can use this node setup (detailed on the Mario Kart Wii model page https://www.models-resource.com/wii/mariokartwii/)

I just imported him into Blender and his UVs are messed up, help???

Super Mario 64 DS could have took place after Super Mario 64, as bowser tries the plan again once he is older! ((Random trash I just made up))
Certainly looks far better than the one in the original (or "Gay" Bowser), that one's head was so huge, he looked more like Baby Bowser!

This is DS. It didn't have stellar graphics like 3DS or Switch, obviously. For what they did it looks all right. :)
