Uh, no. This is an actual model that spins around when you pause the game. Have you ever even played this game before?
I think this could have been used as a place holder for the pause menu, or maybe a way for the devs to see where an activator would be in a stage for some kind of pausing function, don't know. I just found it in the rom's files.
I don't know if it's static behind the Pause, or that it's etched in stone...
