Indeed, but it's also why I put tutorial in it so it doesn't feel like a waste of space and time for people who feel like it's the same model. To help differentiate the submission.
It looks almost exactly the same, yes. However, if you compare the two models side by side, you'll find that there are very subtle differences.
This looks the same as the Super Mario 64 DS model.
