Pretty sure this is just his model from the console version of Titans with slight differences
Y'know, despite how much of a downgrade this version is compared to the home console version, I do like how Uka Uka's model looks here. He looks pretty much identical to the home console version (IIRC, he wasn't in Titans DS, so perhaps they were intending on using him in that version and this model is a holdover from that game).
