Actually, @gnbman, there is. I found a way in an emulated version to remove the towel and there's actually a naked ratchet model in there. Also sorry this is two whole years late responding, but I just now thought to come and see if anyone ever responded, lol
^I haven't gotten very far in that game, but I doubt there's a towel-less, naked model of Ratchet it in.
How about naked Ratchet from Secret Agent Clank? Both towel and without towel.
