I say the legs and the bottoms of the shorts should've been one piece. We've seen painted on clothes on the N64, so why would it look wrong here?
The only thing that looks "bad" in this is the connection from his legs to the lower part of his torso. I think the size of the shorts could've been adjusted so that it'd look more smooth. Other than that, this is one of the best N64 customs I've seen so far
