@MissMoonshadow0501 She was a scrapped Mario Power Tennis character that was made by the same guy at Camelot who made Waluigi. He shared some scrapped models and concept art of her on his Twitter(his name is Fumihide Aoki btw).

I've a different thought on this character, it's just a swap model of Peach. I expected what bigger, fatter with a mustache.
