I think low poly would be a more correct term for the model.
As there's no way you could get 128x128 textures outta a N64 game, it'd be 64x64 textures stacked with a lower colour count. Even then, that's a tad too much. It'd just be better to use a single 32x32 texture for the body and such. 64x64 is possible, but at a lower colour count.
Sorry for the elitism, but it ain't true N64 quality, and that's a tad misleading to put in the title.
