1: Rules for the Discord server can be found on the Discord server.
2: Technically, yes, custom models made by fans are fan-made, but that is not what we are referring to in our rules about fanmade characters. For example, you could make a model of Sonic the Hedgehog and that would be fine to submit. But, if you made a model of your own hedgehog OC, we would not accept that. I hope that clarifies it.
