I honestly dunno. What I do know is that the Konami GV/Baby Phoenix board was used on cheaper arcade games or those that didn't need their beefiest arcade boards. A good example is Tokimeki Memorial: Oshiete Your Heart, the world's only dating sim for arcades.

The Konami GV (the arcade board this runs on) is literally a PlayStation. The uploader likely ripped these models the same way you'd rip PlayStation ones.
