I Like Blue Brimmed Magikoopas Better for the Paper Mario Series, and The Super Mario Series Ones, If Nintendo Would Stop Giving us White Brimmed Magikoopas.

@ThiN CRUST
No Magikoopas had white brims until Superstar Saga. In fact, in Japanese guidebooks like their Encyclopedia Super Mario Bros., no distinction is made between the enemy and the character, as both Super Mario World and Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island are listed as appearances. So he looks like a generic Magikoopa because that's how he's intended to look. (Also it would be better for Kamek to have the white brim while the others have the blue brim, since the character did have white sleeve ends first in SMW2.)

@Filler Honestly, I missed the Blue Brimmed Kamek. It would've helped tell the difference between him and the Generic Magikoopas. I don't mind the SMW Look, but I need at least one Magikoopa that has the SMW look, while all the others have the modern look.

Looks like they based it off the Kamek from the original Yoshi's Island sprites.
Despite the somewhat-higher-than-N64 quality. It still looks nice. Though, they could have made the glass lens just a texture with an alpha channel than having it be a fully shaped plane.
