Actually, looking back at why some of my 2016 submissions were rejected I think now I can re-rip them properly (Hats/accessories among others, but clothes still no luck.)

@EdisonB123 just use Ohana3ds Rebirth it's a much better program for 3ds ripping. It can open most common 3ds formats (the Tomodachi life bin files are just LZ11 compressed CGFX's), and export SMD/DAE with rigging(some require converting to FBX with Neosis and converting back to get the rigging perfect) & SMD animations

Okay... good news and bad news. There's alot of stuff that works! I uploaded city, and i've got a whole folder of a ton of stuff. Bad news: I can't open certain files with EveryFileExplorer, including the island. If anybody knows how to open 3ds bin files containing models, pm me.

There is a duplicate of Tomodachi Life on Pending Games. Cancel that duplicate and put the sumbitted models in here.
