If it were Tomodachi Collection, the top screen would be a different aspect ratio. Plus this is clearly Tomodachi Life; Tomodachi Collection doesn't have as advanced shading as Tomodachi Life's; and you can see Tomodachi Life's shading in that screenshot.
Why are people saying its Collection it doesn't even look like it lol
The texture on this model is of Tomodachi Life, or more specifically, Tomodachi Collection: New Life, as the texture is a screenshot of the Japanese version of Tomodachi Life.
