@B1uelight I'd never understand why they made him dark blue and not cyan, since the PMATGA designs are based off the Party designs with some changes to them, and he was cyan in his Party design.
Maybe the white tipped ends of his hair, arms, and tail wouldn't be noticeable if he was in his original color cause' it's too bright? If that's the case, they could've made him in a different shade of cyan.
